THE IDEA
A year ago, Dr. Eichner figured out that most metrics within companies that are used to determine a safe environment are based on injuries. The effectiveness of a program was based on a decrease in injuries. So, what happens if the injuries are low? What metric do we use then? A wellness-based metric focuses on the overall health and well-being of your employees, and places health before injury.
The Services
Your business is the driver in the type of service that is needed. The service will go through analyzing, implementing, data collecting, and feedback. Each phase is created specifically to dive into a specific layer of wellness for your business.
- Based on known wellness trends (i.e. sick time, turnover rate, injury rate)
- Based on your individual performance metrics
- Based on small group surveys determining perception of current wellness culture
- Utilizes sophisticated trend tracking and cost calculations
- Narrows down the causes based on shift, department, and job classification
- Type of program is dependent on previous data collection
- Continuous tracking of multiple factors including: participation, wellness based statistics, turnover rate, medical cost average, injury rate
- Three options provided for each problem type to choose from based on: cost, size, type
- Daily documenting real-time metrics that were pre-determined in the previous step
- Data collection uses excel formulas, and multiple types of graphs and charts that are based by evidence based ROI data
- Individual feedback forms will be provided utilizing a VAS, questions that demonstrate information retention, and change of daily behavior questionnaire.
